Something more “pet-like”
I started working on a really simple collar design, the goal is for a rather loose-fitting “pet store” type collar, I don’t have any that look like that yet. I can probably make something simple & nice with optional spikes and things like that.
I know someone who would look great with something like that on, dragged by the end of a leash… >_>
Hired Help Uniform patch redux
A couple of days ago I’ve pushed out a small patch for the hired help uniform… Or so I thought.
Turns out SL reverted the new items that I had placed in the update server so I had to redo it today. Fixed this time, hopefully.
KDC Bun Covers are out!
So I am told this is the first time that I make something “normal” 😛
Or at least it has been a while I guess.
These should work on essentially any avatar and the ribbons can be adjusted separately if you need to. Making the HUD took most of yesterday so I hope you guys are happy with it!
As usual, you can get these from the KDC Main shop, or from the SecondLife Marketplace.
Enjoy!
KDC/Ai Basic Leather Armbinder is out!
And another great collaboration with my friend Asami!
It features your standard TouchBound locking/unlocking, a selection of leather textures for the monoglove and straps and two leashing points, one at the glove end and one on the harness between the clavicles.
As usual, you can pick it up from the KDC Main Shop, the SecondLife Marketplace, the AI Main store.
Wasp gasmask v10: the Avatar 2.0 update
I’ve just released a small update for the KDC Wasp gasmask matte edition & KDC Wasp gasmask latex edition.
They now ship with an alternate version that has been reshaped to fit the default heads on Utilizator’s Avatar 2.0 mesh bodies.
It’s patch time again!
I’m deploying a patch to fix a bug that was discovered in how RLV is handled by the TouchBound products. The only products affected are the ones that have multi-leash capability (the ability to draw more than one chain).
At the same time, I’m patching the updater to be more practical for users ( you shouldn’t have to manually reset it anymore! )
The following products have already been updated:
- KDC Lined chrome collar.
- KDC/ER Chrome collar.
- KDC Classic leather posture collar.
- KDC Chastity belt.
- KDC HeavyMetal collar.
- KDC Classic shock collar.
- KDC Strict leather braced collar.
- KDC Tasanee collar.
- KDC Lined chrome thighs bands.
- All KDC Ponyplay bits.
The KDC Chat Conditioner is out!
It took way too long, but this appears to be a trend with pretty much anything I make.
Word of advice: Do read all the comments in the sample configuration card!
As usual, you can grab it from the KDC Main Store or from the SecondLife Marketplace.
Icons
I’ve made a few icons for the chat restrictor. I get the feeling that it won’t be enough but since no one came to me for suggestions…
Most of the code is there now, all that’s really needed now is to do some heavy testing and maybe add a couple of sounds.
I added a brief summary for the wearer when the preset is changed. In addition, if someone else than the wearer loads a notecard, the wearer will be locked out until someone use the “clear” function.
Update on the chat restrictor
I started making button faces, and most of the functions are actually working now as well as the animation scaling (kind of a must for a moddable object). There is something iffy going on with the syllable counter, so that’s another thing I have to fix.
Ideas for button faces are welcome.
Coding blind
I think I nailed down the chat “conditioning code”. So that part is done unless I made some grave mistakes (which i probably have). I can’t really test a lot of the remaining code until I flesh it out a little more, there are still quite a few moving parts to put in before I can do some testing.
The notecard parsing code is in, but I still haven’t a way to actually trigger the reading of a notecard.
On a sidenote It does look like a horrible mess with all the code that I commented out.
But have faith! It can still go horribly wrong, if I run out of memory again for instance.
