Doodles & Strikes – the fitmesh update.
I just pushed version 3 which should make Doodles & Strikes compatible with the fitted version of Utilizator’s Avatar 2.0.
Existing users will receive the update automatically.

The KDC Regina Corseted Suit is out!
At last! After more than 200 hours of work, it is finally out in all its leathery goodness!

The KDC Classic Wire Muzzle is out!
This was a quick project but it gave me a little breather from the corset outfit for this week. It is basically an alternate mesh wire muzzle built on the Classic Leather Pet Muzzle harness. It offers a clearer view of the wearer and a “leaner” look for those who prefer that.
As usual you can find it on the SecondLife Marketplace and the KDC Main Shop.

Actually it was due during the big round of update but I forgot about them 🙂

Someone kindly reported to me an issue with TB products losing their leash pulling ability on teleport. I spent a good chunk of monday figuring out what exactly was going on. As it turns out, this has been an issue since multi-chain was added, february of last year.
I’m surprised that no one else reported the issue before?
Anyway, there will be a lot of product updates in the next coming days as I deploy the patch, but it will take a little while to do all the affected items.

Someone, somewhere in our R&D department has been fired for this clear attempt at fitting a mere pet store-bought muzzle to a human head harness and calling it a “revolution”.

Muzzle inworld test!
It’s looking good! It’s also missing a bunch of bits that I forgot to include in the model, but the textures are at final size so that should give you an idea 🙂
I think I will to tone down the specularity on the backing too… The shine… it bothers me.
Stitches and stuff.
Alright, I think that I’m pretty much done at this point with the high-poly. All the materials are set, so it is time to point my attention towards the low-polygon model.
I really would like to experiment on some aggressive texture reduction techniques on this, we will see what happens!
High-poly getting close to completion
I did some good progress the past couple days, I solved most of the small issues in the model and rebuilt the straps to use the right profile.
I also added a forehead buckle because, why not?
Last picture: first pass on the leather material and high-poly UVs. I have to add a little bit of stitching on the straps and make the holes for the straps.
Ponyplay bits hotfix
Forgot to post it yesterday but I released a hotfix for all the bits with lever straps, a tiny bug caused the lever straps to remain hidden.
