The KDC Morgiana Neck Shackle is released!

Morgiana Neck Shackle - store product picture
All done! The Morgiana Neck Shackle (it is a collar, yes) is out, right before pride month too.

I’ve included 3 simple variations:

  • Studded outside with blunt spikes on the inside.
  • Plain.
  • (just added) Plain, but with blunt spikes on the inside.

It is a great fit with the rest of the Morgiana set and I think the studs add some much-needed contrast, but you still get the option of having wrists ankles & neck fully matched if you so desire. And I just liked the idea of inner blunt spikes as a “gentle incentive to comply”.

As usual, you can grab it from my little shop on the Second Life Marketplace, or from the KDC Main Store (for 10% Off). Enjoy ^^!

New release! The Morgiana Wrist Shackles!

The Morgiana Wrist Shackles are out!

I hope this will reassure those who wondered if the ankle shackle set was just a one-off ^_^.

I’ve thrown in a small variant as a simple way to include the chain links to the package and show that these too, have optional bows on their surface (if you want to do something with them, because I did not).

As with the ankle set: Fully modifiable, PBR materials (no fallback), and chain sounds: I had to include the sound effects, but they are only used when you use the wrist to ankle binding.

As usual, you can pick these from the KDC Main Store (10%off!) or from the Second Life Marketplace. Enjoy :3

New release! The Morgiana Ankle Shackles!

KDC Morgiana Ankle Shackles product release.
The Morgiana Ankle Shackles are finally released!

This plain and hard-wearing design comes from our KDC branch in the sun bleached city-state of Qishan.

Due to limited access to quality steel and tooling, we had to be a bit creative and came up with a simple weld-free design that could be produced quickly on standard forge equipment.

Each cuff weighs more than half a kilo and features hand-forged rings & chain links with minimal finishing to keep product turnout high enough for the local slave trade. Despite the questionable raw material quality, it is more than enough to keep even the strongest tribes subdued.

A variant is also provided with a permanently attached section of chain running under the heel to keep these dancers light on their feet. (to be used with tiptoe mesh feet, some hand adjustment may be required between mesh bodies).

These are fully modifiable, use PBR materials (no fallback), and custom-made sound effects, such as chain rattling when the cuffs are chained together. (I spent an absurd amount of time recording these sounds).

As usual, you can pick these from the KDC Main Store (10%off!) or from the Second Life Marketplace. Enjoy :3

Double release! Vergilius elbow and thigh cuffs!

The Vergilius cuff set is now complete!

I really, really like how the beefed-up thigh variant came out, and I’m now wondering if I should add more variants to this set in the future. All the cuffs should be compatible with the existing coloring HUD, so you shouldn’t need to keep more than one copy of it.

Time for some foreshadowing: There is an incoming update for a few of the cuff sets following the changes I’ve made for this release (a few animation-related fixes & improvements)… And spellchecking is back!

As usual, you can grab your very own copy from the KDC Main Store (10% off!) or from the Second Life Marketplace.

Enjoy! 😈

The Witch Huntress Hat is out! Happy Halloween!

Witch Huntress Hat - product shot
No can remember exactly when this wide-brimmed hat came into our possession, it has clearly seen better days but it must have served its owner well. One of our clerks vaguely remembers of a tall and pale lady who came in on a cloudy October night and to whom he offered coffee as she browsed some of our more peculiar products, she must have been a little too distracted that night.

As with every year, I’m making a little “special” project for Halloween. And as every year, this is only for a limited time, from October 15 to November 15.

Every other Halloween special is back at the store too! Check them out if a witch hat is not your kind of thing. And as usual, Patreon supporters can get this as part of their rewards~

New release! The Vergilius ankle cuffs!

vergilius ankle cuff set product picture
I probably should have released the wrist cuffs and the vergilius ankle cuff set at the same time, but I wasn’t quite ready at the time. I did not have much to post when it comes to work updates either, had to take care of a couple of health matters.

As usual, you can grab yours either at the KDC Main Store (10% off) or on the  Second Life Marketplace.

Enjoy 💋.

New release! The Vergilius wrist cuffs!

Vergilius wrist cuffs - product shot
The first companion piece for the Vergilius Collar is out! The Vergilius wrist cuffs are simple & no-nonsense. They are designed to match the style of the collar perfectly. I was initially trying to make them wider but it made the design too heavy. I think the little fixed shackle is a nice addition and a good visual aid to differenciate the chaining point from the locking point. It is purely cosmetic and also a separate mesh, so if you would rather not have it, you can easily unlink it.

I’ve done a small update to the Vergilius Collar so that you can use the permanent shackle too, and replaced the HUD with an universal version that works on either.

As usual, you can grab yours from the KDC Main Store (with the usualy 10% off) or from the convenience of the Second Life Marketplace.

Enjoy 💋.

The Vergilius collar is released!

KDC Vergilius Collar promo picture

And the KDC Vergilius Collar is out! I am curious to see the kind of feedback I’m going to get with this one…

As I mentioned earlier it is fully PBR and fully colorable, I’ve kept the texture count as low as possible, brushed metals & rubber have pretty minimal requirements under PBR, and that should be okay, so long as the environment you are standing in has sane settings (Dead Realm needs an update really bad on that front, but we’ll get there, I just need the time, and to focus on it for a few days)

As usual, you can grab it from the KDC Main Store (10% off), or from the SecondLife Marketplace.

Enjoy!

The VRChat release of the KDC EIG-2-B Stunprod out!

I made a video this time because I felt I just couldn’t really do justice to the KDC EIG-2-B Stunprod (VRChat Edition!) otherwise.

Feature wise, it is stripped down to fit the limitations of a VRChat avatar prop/accessory, it still has sounds, particles, and the little charging mechanic. I’ve added a screen pixelation effect that only works for the person(s) near the stunprod tip. It is unpleasant, not too bad, and I think it works well enough.

It isn’t setup for any specific avatar but the prefab uses ModularAvatar, so it really is just a matter of “Drag into avatar, move and rotate in hand, done.”

As usual for VRChat assets, head over to booth.pm if interested, do message on booth if you have issues/suggestions related to it.

The EIG-2-B Stunprod is out!

Stunprod product picture

The “EIG-2-B  Elektroimpulsgerat” is a revision of the original AION stunprod specifications intended to replace the original design deployed on S-23 “Sierpinski”.

Our goal was to move from a single use design, to a reliable, self-recharging system focused on officer protection and enforcing compliance.

It features a large protective guard around a rubberized handle adorned with electrified contact strips to discourage any attacker from attempting to wrestle the EIG-2-B out of your hands.

The classic Bakelite body is sandwiched around a heavy gauge steel sheet core to enhance the rigidity and striking capability of the unit.

All the markings are in compliance with AION safety guidelines.

As usual, you can find it at the KDC Main Store, or on the Second Life Marketplace. Enjoy ^^
