+The chaining ring of the fallen princess collar is attached permanently to the mending plate that is used to bolt the collar together. If the collar is completely unbolted, the mending plate "falls out" and so does the chaining ring.
+If the chaining ring is removed, any lock, accessory, or chain drawn to and from it will also be removed.
